At Ilirija we strive for quality in every aspect and know that it is one of the key elements in modern company culture. Quality of service and products are some of the very first conditions for achieving satisfied consumers. We know that this is the way to satisfy our current market as well as attain new ones.

With quality production we also reduce our production costs, thus making us more competitive in local and foreign markets. We have therefore in 1992 introduced a quality management system in accordance with the regulations of the international standard ISO 9000.

Based on a certified evaluation made by the acknowledged organization BVQI, we, in June1995, further introduced the quality system in accordance with the regulations of the ISO 9001. Another quality system upgrade was made in June 2003 here in accordance with the latest regulations of ISO 9001:2000. Its most important demands being: focus on consumers, process approach and continuously improvement.

This system is supplemented with a planned personnel development and education on all levels.

This continuously improvement of quality in every aspect is very demanding and requires team work. That is why all employees participate in the process of maintaining and improving the quality system.
